About us

My name is Marco. Until a couple of years ago, my typical day was more or less always the same: waking up late, rushing to get to class, a diary full of things written down but never done, and in the evening, the same thought — "tomorrow I'll get more organized." It never happened.

I tried a bit of everything. Productivity apps, colorful planners, YouTube videos with titles like "the perfect study method." Some things worked for three days, then I was back to square one. The problem wasn't a lack of methods; it was that none of them were designed for a real life, full of unexpected events, tiredness, and the desire to give up.

What really changed things was stopping the search for the perfect solution and starting to build something of my own, made up of small, simple rules that I could actually follow even on bad days. It took me time; I made a lot of mistakes, but in the end, I found a way to manage my studies, commitments, and free time that didn't leave me feeling constantly guilty or always behind.

I wrote this guide because I wish someone had given it to me years ago, instead of letting me figure out what really works on my own, through trial and error.
